The border bill didn't get signed because Trump directed his lackeys in the Senate not to sign it because he needed a campaign issue. Unfortunately, they obliged. As for your contention that Trump won the 2020 election, please furnish some verifiable evidence. Here are the facts that verify that he did in fact lose the election: (1) 60 failed state challenges; (2) his own Justice Department's investigation by AG Bill Barr which found insufficient evidence of voter fraud that would have changed the outcome; (3) his own White House counsel's office and his campaign legal team, after extensive review, informed him that he in fact lost the election; (4) The Supreme Court rendered two non-standing directives when the question of election validity was presented; (5) the federal Cyber Security & Infrastructure Security Agency headed by director Chris Krebs investigated and found that Biden won the election and Trump lost. In spite of all this evidence Trump pitched the Big Lie and unfortunately duped a lot of people, including you, that he won.
