Hindsight, Ayala and bull should have worked harder to seal majors. Ayala's lazy 2nd per and bull's lack of urgency cost the team.
Cass will get the job done tho.

I know what he is thanks tho. Watched him for years and Know he refuses to step on the gas and rather squeak it out.

Good job by Cass to just seal the win. Lance wanted no part in actually wrestling.
I knew it’d be close. Trying to figure out where we get bonus points in March.
Maybe 3 of our 5 upper weight guys need to get bigger like the Nebraska guys so they don't find it so hard to score on them, and other wrestlers who are also bigger........like at Penn State.

After the restart he spent the rest if the period trying to crawl off the mat...the sweat trail from his head on the mat was 30 feet long.
He literally crawled all the way off before the gutless ref finally called it.

Question from left field. Any way a wrestler can say, no, I want to keep going and see if I can pin him. Course, there was a reason those in charge started having tech falls.
Some really good matches to finish the dual season. Now time to get as healthy as possible and try to win our 3rd straight Big 10 title. Desanto looked great as usual and Kaleb Young was impressive against a tough opponent in Robb. 184 is going to be our weakest weight come tourney time. Don’t see more than 1-2 points from Abe. Need guys like Ayala, Murin, Young and Warner to wrestle above seed to have a chance at NCAA’s.
I love Warners heart but his gas tank is only 3/4 full when the whistle blows. I’m not sure that’s fixable.
First match back in awhile so I will give him a pass. He should be at least majoring guys outside the top 15
