To keep things simple for us in the upcoming tournament seeding, just root for all of the home teams to win today.
That is all.
That is all.
Thanks!11:00 - Maryland at Penn State on BTN
11:30 - Illinois at Purdue on Fox
1:00 - Nebraska at Iowa on BTN
3:30 - Michigan at Indiana on CBS
6:30 - Northwestern at Rutgers on BTN
6:30 - Wisconsin at Minnesota on FS1
11:00 - Maryland at Penn State on BTN Matters. Penn St win puts Maryland behind Iowa.
11:30 - Illinois at Purdue on Fox Matters. Purdue win puts Illinois behind Iowa.
1:00 - Nebraska at Iowa on BTN Matters. Of Course.
3:30 - Michigan at Indiana on CBS Doesn't Matter who wins. Whichever team wins will be a seed higher than Iowa. I think?
6:30 - Northwestern at Rutgers on BTN Matters. If Rutgers beats NW Iowa will have a better conference record than both teams.
6:30 - Wisconsin at Minnesota on FS1 Who?

I’m rooting for the 4th seed so we can beat Purdue Saturday and move up in the NCAA seedlings, since Sunday doesn’t matter. Anyone know how that happens? To keep things simple for us in the upcoming tournament seeding, just root for all of the home teams to win today.

Every home teams wins, except for Iowa and Indiana.I’m rooting for the 4th seed so we can beat Purdue Saturday and move up in the NCAA seedlings, since Sunday doesn’t matter. Anyone know how that happens?
Nevermind then! Thanks.Every home teams wins, except for Iowa and Indiana.
So you'd have to trade a home loss to Nebraska - and suffering the sweep to them - to get your wish of Iowa in the 4-seed.
I'm pretty sure there is no scenario, assuming an Iowa win, that puts them any lower than the 3-seed in the BTT next weekend.
For NCAA seeding, NW and Maryland are competing with Iowa for that last 6 seed spot (along with MSU and some SEC teams). I would very much rather NW and Maryland both lose today.![]()
Wouldn't be the end of the world if either, or both, of Maryland won @ PSU or NW won @ Rutgers.
In fact, I would prefer Maryland did win this game. Because it'd be the difference between a (potential) BTT Saturday game with Maryland instead of Indiana.
OR if PSU wins, that Northwestern wins @ Rutgers tonight. Which would mean the 3-seed, but a Saturday game vs N'western instead of Indiana.
After looking at all the possible BTT seeding scenarios by the end of today, - always assuming a Hawk victory over NEB, of course - my VERY IDEAL scenario doesn't look good right now, but it would have been PSU winning this game and N'western winning tonight.
There is give and take. For NCAA seeding, NW and Maryland are competing with Iowa for that last 6 seed spot (along with MSU and some SEC teams). I would very much rather NW and Maryland both lose today.
That really sums things up. ThanksEvery home teams wins, except for Iowa and Indiana.

63-62 Penn State now 30 seconds to go.Maryland 35 - Penn State 22 at half.
Actually it seems this game would end early if it doesn't go to OT.This MD/PSU game better not go to OT.
Just freaking win it, somebody, in regulation.
Might as well chalk 2-0 up already, cause Purdue ain't losing today.1-0 for home teams.
I appreciate Illinois' chances to win. They aren't a bad team and they can be fast and physical.Might as well chalk 2-0 up already, cause Purdue ain't losing today.
I won't lose any sleep if Iowa is the 3 and NW is the 2.Iowa wanted Maryland there.
Now Iowa is going to need Michigan or Rutgers to win for the 2 seed
Not according to this predictor:3:30 - Michigan at Indiana on CBS Doesn't Matter who wins. Whichever team wins will be a seed higher than Iowa. I think?

I think Iowa is locked in to the 8-9 Quad 3 losses are toxicAccording to the calculator, Iowa still in great shape to be the 4-seed @Mohawkeye.
Just need to have Rutgers beat N'western tonight.
Even with the assumption that Indiana beats Michigan in their game starting up soon.
Might actually benefit Iowa to 'slide' to the 5-seed. Gives them an extra chance to 'polish' their resume if have 3 more wins going into BTT Sunday, instead of just 2.
