Here’s some off-season musing.
Suppose Iowa’s predicted starting 5 next year had a 3pt shooting contest like the NBA all-star game.
Luka, Connor, JW, CJ, JBo

1) What would be the order of finish be, 1st to 5th?

2) How many (which one(s)) could make 7/10 in such a contest (a decent FT%)?
Keep in mind, no one's guarding them in such a shooting contest so the 3pt% would be much higher than seasonal averages.

JBo, JW and CJ should be disappointed if they don't make at least 8/10.
Luke should be disappointed if he doesn't make 7/10.
Connor should be disappointed if he doesn't make 6/10.
There would be a bunch of disappointed men if this truly went down...
Under a time limit and a little pressure only two out of your five would make these marks?? JMO

Yours are basically my thoughts and order on this. But think there might be some legitimate claims that CJ could finish higher since I believe his 46% from 3 this year is higher than any of them have achieved as a season average.

Not being guarded and shooting from their favorite spot: JBo (10), CJ (9), JW and Luka (8) and Connor (6). And if they get into a rhythm, I think everyone but JBo could do better.

1) JBO no misses
2) CJ 1 miss
2) Luka 1 miss
2) JW 1 miss
5) Connor 2 misses

Having 5 guys on the court that could drain a 3 will make the team more dangerous and cause defenses from ‘packing it in’.
It's really 4, but if cmac or JT have ball in hand they still have to guard them, especially if they can do better job finishing at the hoop.

The force is strong in this one.
