Agreed so why all the calls for such rules?
Management tends to be conservative why are they so easily influenced?
How else are you going to score political points at the expense of others?
Not calling for rules,.. My position is to go back to where we were 10 years ago on this topic,... Men's rooms for "men" and Women's rooms for "women", no rules, just allow normal societal interaction to play out.
Outside of their individual offices, I’m going to guess the number is rather low.

True, but I don't really understand the anger about pronouns. I understand it sometimes feels or sounds weird, but as a teacher I was told to do many things that weren't my preference. It's just part of being an employee.

No, Americans know what a women is and what a man is and in the past there was never any need to actually explain those facts to anyone, that was until the modern democratic party decided there was no difference between the two sexes. This issue is a killer for democrats. The over reach by the left of trans issues is one of the main reasons trumps wins in 24. Yep there are other reasons but many see the left as crazy for what you just posted.
I'm a very liberal person but think the whole woke/he/they/she/their/them is complete stupidity. I'll grant you some people's genetics don't match their identity. Super, you can switch teams but don't make everyone else warp the english language to make you feel good. The same for trans in female sports.
don't go off the deep end here. One party cares about women the other wants them to return to the home and pop out children. HUGE difference.
