Jockitch just mentioned the possibility on the neb-psu broadcast.
Yep he ignored the game for 5 min to talk about it. I get it to a certain extent but come on. Team is fine, do your job.Is his kid still on Michigan team or did he graduate last year?
Michigan will forfeit if need be, per Delany.![]()
I think you're joking, but the fallout from that would be epic.
This is bad, though - we need Michigan to win.
Serious?? Game is at 11Michigan will not try again until morning
Serious?? Game is at 11
Yeah that seems like a problem!!This will mostly affect the Iowa and Indiana game and the people going to it because they will be moved to the morning sessions so now fans need to buy tickets to that one because they're tickets they bought already, if they did, are for the night session
I think the teams should have all been in DC 36 hours before it's first game.
Part of being a student athleteThe players couldn't possibly have classes that they to attend....
It would be a bad break and disappointment for the Michigan players and staff but the only fair way to resolve the situation.Michigan will forfeit if need be, per Delany.![]()
Not being an ass but if they would have taken a charter bus they'd be there by 11:30 PMIt would be a bad break and disappointment for the Michigan players and staff but the only fair way to resolve the situation.
I was thinking the same thing. During the BTN broadcast tonight, they mentioned that something like this requires an investigation, and all of the luggage and everything on board are part of the investigation. They made it sound like leaving was not immediately an option. Not being an ass but if they would have taken a charter bus they'd be there by 11:30 PM
What's to investigate? High winds prevented a good takeoff.I was thinking the same thing. Its 523 miles from Ann Arbor to Washington DC. Assuming you average 60 mph, you can get there in 8 1/2 to 9 hours.

So, traveling at a normal coach bus speed of 70-75MPH, with no real need to stop, they would be there in an hour...
in an hour? 7 1/2 to 8 hours more like it
.Um...had they left at 5pm when they knew they wouldn't have made it, yes an hour. Had they left sooner knowing the $@#&ing forecast, they would be fat from the buffet and in bed right now.
