BIG 10's, Session 3 PBP

Standup, big return, tries to lock up a cradle on the standup and misses and gives up the escape. 0-1
Low ankle attempt again by Morelli but nothing.
Another low ankle and has it in the air but PR defends....gets leg back and immediately shoots a HIC...in deep, now takes head through the middle trying to finish....on his but sitting through...Morelli defending....PR with the TD...Morelli immediate escape....2-2 with 15 to go.
Into the third....PR goes down....nope going to choose Neutral??

Is Morelli really that good on top that Rhoads had to choose neutral, even with :20 of RT in his favor, or is he just that bad on bottom?

Reactions: Ramrod3 and Huck
Center of mat, colar ties, Morelli going to low ankle attacks, PR snapping head . 1 minute left.

:30...no one pushing the pace. HC attempt by PR but way outside. Now we're attacking and counter attacking but half shots....going to OT

Low ankle, nothing...snap, nothing. Stanking in a colar tie....PUS tries to snap and we shoot at the same time and get the single leg TD!!!!

Well, at least Rhoads get to end his career to the cheers of Thousands of Hawkeye fans! Great TD Pat Rhoads, crazy how good his offense looks when he believes in himself.

I'm assuming slim to no chance of Wildcard for PR?

Why are you assuming that?
Not really any quality wins over the season, and by his barely above .500 record at beginning of B1G. But maybe i spoke too soon, considering Thielke got one last year with a below .500 record.

Humor me as I'm a novice unlike most of you but isn't this double elimination? Or has PR lost twice and I missed it?

Track says Stoll MFF to the kid.

As for wrestling out to 7th and 9th...I think it depends on the AQ's for certain weight classes...I'm sure someone will explain it better.
