Im pretty sure its shopped, but i think his head is disproportionately large compared to his face.

I'm my defense (if it's really a defense...) I didn't know who Charlie Kirk was. I thought he was a football coach. Just looked him up. I get why l don't know him, and his head - while large - isn't quite that misshapen.
