She was going to her job. She was clearly set up. She plead guilty after long claiming innocence because there is a 99% conviction rate and she will get a lighter sentence by pleading guilty and "showing remorse." Actually, your map shows that nearly all of Mexico is under some level of travel advisory. True, only a few states are listed as "do not travel" but another dozen are "reconsider" and a dozen more are "increased caution."
