lol with parts of texas being w/o power for so long 3 hrs sounds silly, but im soft
My no pic daughter and her husband were without power for a week in Houston so we chipped in and bought her a generator. And wouldn’t you know it the power came on the next day! Heat index was 105+.

Sigh... Time to grab the work gloves, and get the long pants and boots on just in case.

I challenge you to flag off.

Well, I can't complain about this storm missing CR. My bet is we get well over an inch in an hour.

Iowa City metro, you're on deck.

Coming in hot Iowa City:

Just watched the UIHC helicopter land in that wind/rain, damn impressive.

I have 1/4” in the gauge in a tad over an hour…cooling down nicely and it looks like a great day of golf tomorrow at Lake Panorama....
It sure got dark here after 4pm, places south of us lost some tree limbs…we won’t have to water the flowers tonight…

We got lucky in CR. Line/bow never really formed until East of here. Some wind gusts and much needed downpours.

The wife just suggested that I go pick up dinner… The East Side of IC is rocking right now.
