Dear Coffhawk, I need your advice since I was fired from
my new job last Friday. Javier hit me in the face and broke
my jaw as I walked out. My question: Can I charge Javier
with felony assault? This was an unprovoked attack on me

If there are other lawyers I am fine with that too but when I talk on here only jerks like you come on to make fun of me for things that you make up that do not have to do with what I say.
My question for any lawyer is what rights does a company have to take sales away IF you have done EXACTLY what they told me and can I sue them for fraud or for discrimination?? This is not about my problem with Javier I made these sales fully on my own and they are trying to take away 14 sales and I had to stay home today with NO PAY!!

Hey Thomas I have a lawyer friend in Denver we could all meet up, have a bowl and discuss the details.
Well they said I was not following there rules about selling and what we can say and how we can say it. They said I cannot tell any customers ever that I might lose my job if I do not get the sale but that is stupid for 2 reasons. First my manager said exactly that Barnes you need sales or you will not be around here anymore and he exactly threatened my job. So I am not dumb and figured I can tell the customer that so they know how the company is treating there workers and how they can think about how hard it is for the salesman.
It worked and I got 6 sales on Thursday and 8 on Friday by doing that and they told me I will not get credit!!! That is like 500 dollars!!
Shame on me for believing this idiot was real when he first showed up.

Well it is fraud because they are taking money from me after I earned it rightfully and they have no right because I did not do anything wrong. I read the company book and it did not say anything about that and they have no good reason. Now I am home missing pay plus what they took plus I am very stressed.

I would think attempt to guilt a customer into a sale would be in the hand book, or under a blanket "deceptive practices" type entry. did the sales still go through or did the customer call back, complain about your tactics, and cancel?

I say do it. Lowering your already astronomical IQ and reducing your work ethic can only lead to good things. You should also take up drinking.
