1) As Torbee pointed out Gallup puts it back to a tie.
2) Gateway was massively successful and acquired by Acer (which I own) for much of their technology.
3) Jim Morrison was overrated as a lyricist. There, I said it (and I like The Doors). He was popular because girls liked him. Jarreau created the LA R&B sound, and Estes was America’s top opera tenor.

Yeah, Gable is a layup call over Bowden. Bowden isn’t even the best coach of all time in college football...Gable is the best coach in all of wrestling history.

Real arguments could be made that he is - if you look past the NCAA's vacated wins nonsense he's on the list for winningest coach. The run of consecutive top 4 finishes will probably never be done again.

If you want to pick individual years you could probably argue that Iowa baseball is better than FSU. It would be insane, but you could do it. It's all about the body of work.

Iowa started doing the chomp because of PAC Man. We do it after 3rd down stops because our defense is gobbling up the opposition similar to PAC Man gobbling up the dots on the screen. PAC man came out in 1980. The band also plays “The Imperial March” from Star Wars while the fans do the chomp. That song was first used in The Empire Strikes Back, which also came out in 1980. So I’m guessing we started doing it around then, maybe a season later with our great 1981 Rose Bowl defense.
The Florida gator chomp didn’t start until halfway through the 1981 season according to one article I found.
So, the traditions started at roughly the same time. And Florida wasnt on tv much back then, so I doubt our fan base would have even seen them on tv to try to copy it.
I heard wrestling was actually invented in 1983, and the entire "history" is black-ops by the deep state to instigate a second Civil War, and Gable is in on it.

I was implying she was hotter AND brighter than Gabby Reece. Moonlight was good. The Trump crowd here was triggered, but it was definitely fresh. However, you might want to check the Academy Award totals in post #1.
