Just a formality I believe. Had to enter and he knows where he is going so don't bother calling him.

What's the punishment for contacting? Is there any? Or is this equal to someone saying "respect my decision."
I get the sense that no matter how many times it is explained, several posters will continue to believe Procter has gone back into the portal for a third time.
in a odd way this news highlights the only positive thing he did for iowa. at least he didn’t hog all the practice reps and screw us over after that. in that respect proctor is a gentleman compared to a certain asshole
I doubt that he's done with football, but he might be the first "victim" of the ugly side of NIL. He has the raw potential, but low drive coupled with big fat NIL checks will probably stunt his prospects of a pro career.
My prediction is weight and work ethic continues to be a problem for Mr. Proctor. He over nurses a nagging injury and loses his spot his junior year at Alabama. He transfers yet again to a middling power 5 school for his final pay days before flaming out and not even getting drafted.
