Why do cops insist on still issuing you an OWI when you're just browned-out and not even blacked-out yet? This is an outrage.

The one thing I've learnd from GIAORT over the years is never share if you have an OWI.

I've gotten owi defendants off in Johnson County. The look on the cops faces, priceless.
Is he in Johnson County? These strategies only work in liberal counties with a disdain for law enforcement, haha.

She's long gone. That entire office is staffed by incompetent attorneys so your chances, at beating any crime, are quite good. Some of the assistant county attorneys are my classmates, and trust me, they were bottom of the barrel in terms of class rank.
Bring me out of retirement of OWI cases OP. Between my Ron Kuby tactics and my expert witness, @Hawkman98 , we'll get you off. Not in the sexual way.
It all makes sense now. A GIAOT member stole my identity and went joy riding after 15 beers. I'll he submitting this thread as evidence.
I could get 90% of people off of a OWI charge. I know them inside and out. Cops can be sloppy and those cops deserve to lose.
How do you see the cops faces? I'm home in bed by the time the jury comes to a verdict.

Cops may be sloppy, but there are certain things defendants should not do, They are their own worst enemies.
Quickliest jury trial I had was 20 minutes of deliberation.....and that was only to get a second meal. Not guilty.
They came to testify. They are available and you can call upon the cop who made the arrest. They usually bring the goon squad in uniform to intimidate. They lost.
Nice try...It's a legit question. I don't know any cop that hangs around the court house after testifying for hours waiting to hear the verdict.
