Why would the private school want to accept a student who will undoubtedly disrupt the learning process for other students. Some of these special needs kids scream and moan the whole school day. They are incapable of keeping up with the classroom learning environment and in most cases just sent to school so the parents can have a break.
Any school that takes public money should have to educate every student - no matter the cost. That's what makes our education system so great.

Most private schools are not equipped to handle a fulltime drooler who only moans and screams all class and has the mental capacity of a potato. The parents who send their students to private school does it for the academic atmosphere sticking a drooler in the classroom simply robs the other students of academic proficiency.
