Iowa's beating Ohio State by 31 and scoring 55 points is something that the so called College Playoff Experts can't seem to get over. I don't know if this is disrespect of Iowa, or hatred of Ohio State,
probably both. The show reruns at 10 and 10:30 on ESPNU tonight. Iowa would match up good against Alabama, I would say we would win 1 out 5.

You can’t be serious! The 103 Ranked Total Offense buoyed by the 90th Ranked Rushing Offense is going defeat Alabama 20% of the time???

And furthermore is 20% good by anybody’s standards....? Little too close to the Mendoza line foe me.

I think on that one day we could have beat anyone; including Alabama. I didn't even recognise our team Nov 4th? I think a Pro team snuck in and put our players jerseys on. Lol.

Or get maybe more than a couple first downs in a game following the beginnings of national respect. This year’s team has gotten everything they deserve, for better or worse.

Can they play a non-conference game outside the state of Alabama or north of the mason-dixson line (even that is too far north)?

If there are is anything I have learned the last couple years is that we can beat anyone (Michigan and OSU) but we can also lose to anyone (NDSU and Purdue). Ironically we seem to play better at home against better teams especially at night. If we play a night game at home we have a shot to beat Alabama. Slim but still a shot. We play away from Kinnick we lose 10 times out of 10.

Ill say Alabama didn't look as good as they usually do. I will not understand why they get a pass on name alone. Look at their body of work- they beat 2 teams still ranked in the CFP and played only 3. Even we have played more than they have!

Bama lost one game to a top team in Auburn. If anyone of the top 4 fall I think they should get in.

I don't think Ohio St should jump them if they beat Wisconsin.

People don't get this years Wisconsin team. The defense is extremely seasoned upper men and that's why they have weathered the injuries. Leonard is a good D.C. Who will sooner rather than later end up a head coach or in the NFL. If they beat osu they will fair better in the college football playoff than 2015 Michigan st or last years Ohio state. If they contain the buckeye run game Barrett will hav a game like he had at kinnick.

Depends on which Iowa team shows up and where the game is played. On Nov. 4, there’s probably not a team in the country that would’ve beaten that Iowa team. Then on Nov. 18, there’s probably not a team in the country that would’ve lost to that Iowa team.

This Alabama team isn’t near as good as the ones in the past. The SEC is getting a huge pass this year.

Anybody that actually watched that Iowa vs OSU game would know that if Iowa played that way against Bama, we would probably pull away from them too. Iowa basically played a flawless game.

Pollack doesn't know what he's talking about. Also, Bama looks down this year and their schedule is weak af
