If you watch the video, there were 3 people removed from his home...... they were harboring illegal criminals.

This is an example of the bi-catch we were discussing last night. 3 people will be detained on paper here, 2 have criminal histories and then there is this lady, who is here illegally, who will be part of the non violent and have done nothing wrong but the original crime of illegally entering the country.
So three people taken from the home but the video shows only two men.
It's almost as if everyone should be a little more inquistive about this.

Him being a Trump voter and having to enter the next phase of FAFO isn't really an excuse to prevent her from being deported as a criminal.

Why would she be allowed to stay? If she had a valid visa, she wouldn’t have been picked up. She entered the country illegally and is currently in a detention facility.

Your position is if an immigrant is here illegally and is arrested, if ICE confirms that the immigrant has no criminal history they will be released? You sure about that?
My understanding is her paperwork has already been filled.
Now, depending on the details here, she may have been harboring a criminal and they will throw the papers out. But, my understanding, per community notes, is she is currently detained while they evaluate her papers. The good news is she filled awhile ago so it's the paper trail they need.

In my experience, the green card marriage works like this:
Get married and get a 2-year green card.
After two years, apply for a 10-year green card.
After 3 years, become a citizen.
The spouse is always in a legal status.

No. That's the opposite of what we discussed last night.
They were there for the 2 with criminal history, she is bicatch at this point. That's why I wasn't freaked out about 50/50. They are not always going to find the "criminals" alone, very often they will be with illegal migrants that do not have violent priors.
