FAFO: Illegal Immigrant Wife

Agree, when I saw this a few days ago I couldn't believe it wasn't on HORT immediately. I would have posted it but I think everyone here knows I don't like to agitate.

The early Riley was a sympathetic figure and to your point - one I agreed with that what happened to her was bullshit.

She has since become a Defcon 5 Annoying MAGA Grifting Bitch. The Libertiest of Mom's of Liberty have nothing on her ability to just grate on your ears all day. Argh, that phucking voice combined with the diarehea that comes out of her mouth. Bleck!

To be fair though. Wooooooood all day. Wood just run away right after and throw the burner phone in the trash.

I guess I havn't paid enough attention to her to notice the turn. However it hardly surprises me. Her initial issue where she was sympathetic is likely to get the most praise and attention from the right. And continuing to tack to the right likely leads to her having more opportunities to make money.

It would be hilarious if her husband was deported though. It's what she voted for.

The essence of Trump voters is they want Trump to hurt OTHER people. Because when it comes right down to it, that's what they enjoy, seeing other people be hurt. So it is enjoyable to see them get hurt by him to.

No. That's the opposite of what we discussed last night.

They were there for the 2 with criminal history, she is bicatch at this point. That's why I wasn't freaked out about 50/50. They are not always going to find the "criminals" alone, very often they will be with illegal migrants that do not have violent priors.
You are bouncing all over the place.

You stated that the government has a list of criminals and they’re working through it. I questioned who else would get caught up in these raids. You were adamant that they had a “list of criminals and security threats.”
Came out that nearly half of the arrestees Sunday had no criminal records.

So, my question for you is, when ICE and the Border Patrol sweeps up all these people who have no criminal records, but are here illegally, do you believe they will just release these illegal immigrants? Or will they be deported along with the criminals and threats?

I believe that if they have not started the paperwork, the nature of them being here illegally will send them back.

I think people who have started the paperwork, will be detained and processed accordingly, assuming no other offenses.

They are not going to find everyone on the list by themselves. They are often going to find them with other people that are also here illegally. Thus the 50/50 number we discussed last night.

Started what paperwork? What does that mean to you?

I mean it quite literally. Any form of a paper trail showing the individual has started one of the various paths toward citizenship.
All the people using the CBP One app had started the “paperwork” for asylum/lawful entry and they just shut it down and canceled their appointments to complete the next step.

Why would you prioritize illegal entrants over those that waited in Mexico?

Husband is playing 3-D chess…

He wanted rid of her anyway. Posts a message to make it look like he’s making an effort. She gone and this guy will make his side piece official in a few weeks.

And he didn't even become the topic on a murder podcast.

It's a good question by yourself and jneffer so I'll answer in one shot if that's cool.

I don't know. I don't want to speak about something that I really don't know about. And I mean that to say, I don't know if a "asylum seeker" is technically on paper to become a "citizen". Here is what I will say. I don't want someone fresh off the boat from a shitty situation to get caught and immediately go back when they were doing everything correct. I don't want an asylum seeker to get the coverage of someone going through the real process just because they were motivated enough to leave a shitty situation and fill super basic shit out, when the actual path is mich harder, and should be. I also think it's reasonable to acknowledge what we called an asylum seeker 8 years ago and what the Biden administration called an Asylum seeker were two very different things.

The immigration process needs fixed, no doubt.

Surprised this isn't bigger news.

Riley's main issue is one I happen to agree with was the whole Leia Thomas fiasco including the fact that he was changing in the women's locker room. That said I did gather that she was likely a Trump supporter.
She also took issue with Caitlin Clark addressing white privilege. She's discovered it's easier to make a living appealing to MAGA grievances than use her degree in health sciences and health law.

That’s too bad. Kick her out if she’s not legal.
Really makes me wonder how many other situations like this exist. I know one of my co-workers has mentioned that her brother in law isn’t exactly legal here in the US and I’m pretty sure she voted for Trump.
Do they not understand that he’s going to kick out all illegals or do they think it won’t happen to them?

My understanding is her paperwork has already been filled.

Now, depending on the details here, she may have been harboring a criminal and they will throw the papers out. But, my understanding, per community notes, is she is currently detained while they evaluate her papers. The good news is she filled awhile ago so it's the paper trail they need.
if they were harboring criminals can we deport him as well ?

If you're here illegally you can't start paperwork. It is amazing how little the MAGA crowd knows about how immigration laws in this country work.

yeah...i'm not sure where this distinction comes from

i read everyday on this very board that all undocumented/illegal immigrants are criminals who should be immediately removed

When we said, "They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people."", folks focused on the "some I assume" and thought that was the loop hold he created. He created that loop hole for getting votes, not deportation.

The violent criminals talk was just a way for folks to help convince themselves that he was talking about someone else.

What if they are accused of eating cats and dogs?

Weird. I was asked on here just yesterday why I couldn't understand that these were all hardened criminals being deported. I guess we were right about how this was going to be handled too.
Exactly. They have daily quotas. The only way to fill these quotas is to round up anyone who is here illegally, regardless of criminal records. The administration just confirmed you are a criminal and will be deported if you’re not here legally.

Anyone who thought otherwise (like Whiskey) was fooling themselves.

You were shown directly yesterday the difference between what is happening and a "quota".

Did you read the part about "you are a criminal if you are not here legally" out loud?

C'mon man.

Whoa.... revisionist history.... you were quite well shown the difference in that pants pissing thread about "quotas" as well as the discussion regarding 50/50 violent vs non violent.

You don't get a free pass foe the first law you break.
Your argument is “goals” are different from “quotas” in this scenario? Laughable.

Face it, you spent an entire thread claiming they were just going after criminals and security threats. Not the people who were just here illegally. Arguing that people claiming that were pissing their pants.

Now you’re shown - as many of us said - that there’s no way they’d hit these “goals” without rounding up illegals without criminal records, the administration comes out and confirms - as many of us said - that they treat all illegals as criminals to be deported. And you claim that’s what you meant all along.

Stop. You’re embarrassing yourself.

You really don't understand this do you..

They have a list of identified criminals. In order to get through that list, each agency has been given a quota of 75 per day, unlike a "goal" thst would just say "go find 75 people" which would create a bunch of "bi catch" as I have been referring to them. They are focused on people who have violent crimes. When arresting those violent criminals, they are often with nonviolent illegals, who will also be processed, because they are here illegally.
