As much as I would like this to be true, it took about 5 seconds to know it was total BS.
If you don't think there are some very, very wealthy people who are liberals, you're delusional.
Why would a super wealthy person be a liberal? Because they have much more influence over the government than most, due to their wealth.
Therefore they want the government to be bigger and more powerful.
You non-super wealthy libs also want the government to be bigger and more powerful.

Not going to be "short term pain" if we have to wait 5-10 yrs for "US-based manufacturing" to ramp up.
That's how long major industries will take, and most currently do not have the capital to even build facilities.
