Burglary is a hard one, it depends on the actual allegations. It often sounds worse than it is.

For example, lets say you're arguing with your ex on her front door or standing next to her car as she sits inside of it. There's some item of sentimental value just inside the door. You say it's yours, she says it's hers. If you break the plane (think the front of the end zone in football) to grab that item without an invitation to enter, you could be charged with burglary, at least here in Florida.

What exactly is 3rd degree burglary? No doubt that when it rains it pours and it sounds like he has ticked off a lot people and they feel like it is time to come out and get some payback.

This is how it sounds. Everyone is saying f him he thought he was bulletproof.. but I know nothing about the situation. Never liked him but do hope he gets some normalcy from this. Had he not screwed up, wwe was a lock.

add on- When he was tweeting at JB I knew he was a dumb f

Not a Lawyer but a quick search sounds like in Oklahoma it's taking something from a car, truck, trailer, etc. Petit Larceny is the lowest level theft offense, less than $1,000.

Thanks. I also looked it up and it also seems like it has to do with intent and the maximum sentence is 5 years. I doubt he gets that, although it may depend on what he was trying to steal. It also sounds like the least serious of the theft charges for Oklahoma.(By least serious - I mean 1st degree theft is breaking into a house)
Either way, it is not a good look or a resume enhancer by any means.

Not until I respond . . . ;)
In before the lock.

Quit looking at me…

I'm not going to pile on here, but this kid needs some better influences and some serious counseling in his life. Would I be out of line in suggesting this might be primarily due to a failure by his parental units?

That’s a tough call, imo. But in this case, it appears they have at least been enabling and making excuses for his bad behavior if not causing it.

He might have some type of malignant narcissism. (We all know people with those traits.) If so, his parents probably passed that trait on genetically. And at that point, their behavior due to psychological make up could magnify Albert’s issues.

Typically burglary is entering into a structure /vehicle with the intent to commit theft, or any felony. In CA if the vehicle is unlocked it’s Theft from a Motor Vehicle. If it’s locked it’s Auto Burg. Remember Seth Gross allegedly took items from inside somebody’s garage and was charged with burglary. Later the most serious charges were dropped. Pretty typical. AJ seems to have a hard time staying out of trouble.

Who's crying? I'm not crying - your crying! Said AJ to his new cell mate.

I would have included that as a GIF, but I do not know how to do that.
It was dismissed and expunged from his record.

That is good news.

A lot of questions, and comments about this kid. I for one do not like his antics or attitude, but in todays world it seems to be more and more acceptable to be kinda a horses ass(not talking about any of the legal problems just on the mat stuff).

With that being said, some are claiming that none of the charges against him are true, and here we see some lesser charges have been dropped. Him getting kicked out of Okie st does not seem to be a good sign, but IF the kid is indeed found innocent, then what?

To me this whole thing reminds me of Gable Stevenson. It looked like he was in deep sh*t and then there he is not only back wrestling but kind of put up on a pedestal. Obviously winning a Gold medal helps a lot, but again, in todays world, it seems a lot different and self promotion to get on camera/youtube/ or whatever is becoming bigger and bigger.

So this kid is a NC with 3 years left. Questions 1) If you were a coach would you take a chance? 2) Would anyone like to see IOWA take a chance? 3) Does anyone take a chance?

Again, IF he is found innocent on all charges?

No, no, depends (in answer to your questions in para 4.)

The GSteve situation was quite different because there really was no evidence (video, texts etc) of him being a douchebag to women. Other than some of his antics on the mat, there was no evidence of him being a douche with very bad judgement period. Minnesota suspended him but did not kick him off the team. The university stuck by him which tells me a lot in this day and age. As popular as GSteve is in this sport, I have no doubt that that the university would have thrown him under the bus at the slightest hint of guilt because wrestling does not turn the financial wheel. Administrators love winners but they love a paycheck more.

Now, even if the victim announced that she lied for whatever reason or motive and that Ferrari was totally innocent of wrongdoing in this case, I would still balk at adding him to a team for a host of reasons. In this scenario, some schools would take a chance. Iowa did with Downey who showed some of the same traits. It didn't last long as he was on a very short leash. Rape and SA are notoriously difficult to prove either way. Even if the charges were dropped, I would be very wary of this guy and the baggage he brings to the table.

Also, it's unlikely he is "found innocent" on all charges, which is different than being found not guilty or having some charges dropped. If OSU admin/coaches decided to cut him loose, it means we probably only know a fraction of the incidents/issues but they know him best and consider him toxic......so I think that sends a pretty clear msg for any potential takers
