Ferrari

Followed a McLaren to work the other day. Looked like an interesting ride that could change a person’s social life. Lol
I'm thinking Ferrari F8. Now that's a car. There's a rich guy in another town over who has a red one, and I've seen him drive up and own our main street. That F8 would smoke any car that I ever drove in my life.

Well, OK State allegedly booted Albert and brother off of the team. I doubt it was for chewing gum in class.
Ya I doubt Okie State shoots first and asks questions later. Or the other way around as the case may be.

Has there been any news as to him getting picked up by another team? It sure looks like he has been totally dismissed by the college wrestling world. Has anyone heard where he may end up?

Wait…what? He was charged with felony sexual battery last month, is awaiting trial, and you don’t know why he’s not wrestling somewhere? He probably can’t even leave the county.

He is in Florida training MMA currently which isn't in Oklahoma. Innocent until proven guilty was something that society lived by and somewhere along the line that changed.

Not really. Travel restrictions are put on those accused of serious and violent crimes all the time. Risk of flight is a thing. At least with people of color. Lol

There is no way he is a flight risk… It would be impossible for him to stay off social media to post pictures of himself flexing in the mirror… They’ll always know where he is.

Fair enough but not even the most dirtball college program is going to put him on their roster at the moment

Sometimes society fails to live up to that standard. The court of public opinion doesn't always play by the rules in the era of social media, but maybe it never did. Ferrari could end up doing anything from prison time to flexing on the cover of Sports Illustrated next year.

The word "alleged" should probably be used more around here, but that doesn't mean that I want to introduce him to my grand-daughter either.

I am not surprised, but I am wondering if anyone knew where he ended up. Is he at a gas station in Texas working or what exactly? It sounds like he is training MMA in Florida and that answers my question. I doubt that he will ever wrestle again in college unless it is at a NAIA school somewhere in about 5 years.

Many teams would take him . Spooner if he's found not guilty and is back in NCAA wrestling that would be a good thing. I remember years ago after a NCAA tournament this board was up in arms about a certain wrestler and how he acted. A few months later he was a Hawkeye and those same people were a fan of his. So you never know how things will play out or what the future holds

We were talking current condition, not future. Agree with the above regarding Albert, if he's found innocent.

As for the wrestler you're talking about, a significant faction of the Iowa fan base was not pleased to have him part of the program. Dare I say half this board or more.

Also apples and oranges. Said Iowa wrestler wasn’t charged with a felony.

Which charge?

Corby barely any wanted PD3.. If John smith don’t want ya. I don’t want ya. He can be not guilty and I would still think he is a dumb arrogant POS.
Wait Corby was talking about PD3? I thought he was talking about Desanto. PD3 was never a Hawkeye. He may have been enrolled in classes but was never a part of the team.

Shit I don’t know many that didn’t want desanto.
That’s why I thought Corby was talking about him. People said a lot of stuff about him after his Micic match and then wanted him which what I thought Corby was talking about. I don’t think many people wanted PD3 and were fans of his.

The point wasn't to talk about the past. AJ is a NCAA champ and unbelievable wrestler . If he's found not guilty many teams will want him .
