She's not wrong, and there is no reason why medical facilities should be required to bury or cremate all fetal remains. But she chose perhaps the worst possible way to express that point.

You can thank Crooked Thump for that, soccer moms and dads saw right through him in 2 years, a lot of promises and he produced 1 lousy tax cut. He did lock up kids at the border, which did not help him. Hes done everything possible to kill ACA, which will be ruled on in the next few weeks, leaving 21 million w/o HC, and nothing to replace it.
