Always good for a chuckle here and there. Defensive tackle Robert Nkemdiche from Mississippi was hospitalized after falling from a wall at an Atlanta hotel. Oh, and by the way he was charged with possession of marijuana. None of this is shocking. Along with this his coach Hugh Freeze said he has not decided if he will allow him to play or not I the bowl game if he is physically able to take the field. Stitches in his back and leg.

He's been known to be a bit...off - for quite awhile.

But, he evidently can keep his grades good (as far as we know) and he kills opposing offenses, so all's good.

Pretty sure that it doesn't take much more than your name being on the class list for an SEC football player to pass a class (with the exception of Vanderbilt).

update....they found only 7 joints in his hotel room.......maybe he will have to sit out the first quarter....or warm ups. :)

Marijuana, this kid is a menace to society! I hope I never live to see the day that this extremely dangerous drug is legalized in any state.

Sounds like he's a student in the 'Johnny Football school of off-the-field behavior".

Ask Shane Ray and Randy Gregory last year how much marijuana cost them both in how far they fell in the draft. Not going into the debate if it should be legalized but it is illegal and for players like him who use or get caught with it is a red flag in the NFL and tells them something on their decision making and being dependable if they are willing to risk so much to just get high.

Also wasn't this guys brother on the team also hospitalized for some undisclosed circumstances. Sounds like this family has some issues.
