I'm not sure that's the case. He was attempting moves high school wrestlers know better than to do. He was reaching back over his head giving up easy tilts and giving up the half in the 1st.

Yup. Stoll isn't able to stand up with weight on him. He's very limited. So he tried to roll around a bit. Didn't work but not sure he has much of a choice.
