That dude must be pretty short. I'm 6'1" and I would look like an Auschwitz survivor at 140 pounds.
I’m still waiting for somebody - anybody - to explain what appears to be a large surgical scar down the center of his chest. If he has had heart surgery at some point then it thoroughly negates his claim that he had no pre-existing conditions, especially if he was on any sort of ACE inhibitor at the time that he contracted the virus.
I’m glad the guy survived. But the narrative here is that even though he was young and perfectly healthy with no pre-existing conditions, he ended up being intubated for several weeks and nearly died. But if he had heart surgery at some point prior to contracting the virus then his claim to have no pre-existing conditions is a lie.He took a hit from the virus and survived. That's ultimately a good thing.

Well, of course.
quite the walk back.
That’s certainly possible. But even if it’s an old scar it could have contributed to his difficulty in fighting off the virus, especially if he still takes any sort of meds related to whatever condition necessitated the surgery. ACE inhibitors can be even more problematic with respect to COVID-19 than the actual conditions they are prescribed to treat. If that's a surgical scar,..(and it does kind of look like one),... it's a very old surgical scar, like from childhood...
Plenty of people lose a lot weight after fighting the flu, many even dieIt’s just the flu.
I lost over 10 lbs from some form of the flu back in 2009, which was around the time of the H1N1 craze. It’s just the flu.
Walk back from what?
From what we know, if you are under 65 the mortality rate is very, very low; underlying conditions or not. If this guy had died it would not change this fact. But, you know, he didn’t die. He’s fine.
Finance had claimed that no one healthy under the age of 60 dies from COVID.
That would be an exaggeration. The truth is more like, a healthy individual under the age of sixty almost certainly has a very, very, tiny chance of dying.
