Mahomes needs to send word through intermediaries to tell this kid stop being a major creeper. There's admiring someone, and then there is just taking it waaay too far.

yikes

Yep. It’s little kid shit. I hope he gets harassed by opposing teams for this. He is good enough to be his own dude.

I watch extremely little NEB football, does Raiola also walk out on the field with his helmet off to greet the XP/FG team as they come off the field, too?

Raiola has been trying to collect Mahomes hair and fingernail clippings for years.

Yes, he does.

I feel sorry for Mahomes. To have a pseudo 'stalker' that takes it to those levels.

Getting second hand embarrassment from that. Dude copies his number, hair, and now pre-game ritual? Their game against OSU can't come soon enough.
I guess if you are going to emulate someone and aspire to be them, that's the guy to be as a qb.
I'm not worked up about it, he was in junior high watching Mahomes.
Emulating his hero and roll model.

Wow congrats to this thread. Thought Iowa was playing tonight. But Nebraska isn't a rival right guys...right...
You know there are two teams playing, right? And one of them has a former Hawkeye as their coach, right?

He’s good. Really good.

Nebraska receivers are also good.

They are going to shred Iowa’s secondary.
I dunno - he has a ton of time to throw. Put some pressure on him and things could be different. Yes he moves around, but it’s after like 4 seconds in the pocket. No CBs are gonna stay with WRs that long. To me, this is more on the DL and the need to get early pressure.

Let's see what the Huskers can do playing a decent team on the road.
Schedule is pretty soft the first 7 games.

Stop worrying guys.

Iowa's offense will be up to par and able go toe-to-toe against Nebraska in a couple months.*

(* - assuming McNamara has been out with injury for weeks and KF somehow magically forgets he has a pathological hate for the forward pass that goes further than just inches past the LOS)
