Not condoning our assistants at all, but my impression was there was as much offense taken by Garza staring down our bench after multiple shots as a dunk that was, as people have said, during active play. Garza is a fantastic player, but I remember him blowing a kiss to an NU cheerleader after scoring in Evanston. Players who seem like they’re egging on the other team/staff/fans are going to piss some people off, right or not.

He blew a kiss at one of coeds that was making fun of him all game. Specifically his eyebrows the time they showed her on TV.

I have never seen anything that it was a cheerleader or coed. I saw multiple sources that there were NW football players at that end who were running their mouths to the point where the officials told them to knock it off. I wasn’t there so I don’t know.
