Iowa might lose Ferentz to Florida State

Ok I’m beating a dead horse but this FSU opening has to make Nebraska fans a little nervous for 2 reasons. One FSU may make a run at Frost but the big one is after reading espn article is former USF and current Oregon coach Willie Taggert could be their top coaching candidate and Oregon could also make a run at him since he was former OC there. As one of the analyst wrote if you want to win a national title I’d go to Oregon or FSU over Nebraska any day of the week.

Perhaps. But if Frost already said "thanks but no" to Florida not sure FSU or Oregon tips the meter for him. If his lifelong job goal is Nebraska, then that's where he'll go.
 
We should quick give him and BF extensions through 2036 at 10 Million a year as long as the win at least 2 games a year! Wait a minute, Barta might think this is a good idea.
 
It’s been reported days ago FSU asked if Frost would be interested and were told he’s going to Nebraska. Was posted by the FSU rivals guys.

Not that you care but the name has adjusted throughout time. I used to post under variations of "hawk-in-the-402" then I got super drunk during a game day and lit into a poster from Fla, who I then found on the hawkeye FB page and proceeded to blast on facebook.... not my best moments... So then I was "I will not post drunk"... well then a conversation was going on and a poster, who has an opinion I respect, had a different point of view than myself so I asked him about it. He was answering several people at the time so I @'ed him thinking he had missed it. Woke up the next morning to the ban hammer. Hint "wasnt-drunk-didnt-troll''

I’d be more worried about Oregon. FSU going to try and get Taggart and trickle down effect with Oregon going after former OC Frost. All depends on how fast FSU acts on getting new HC and barring Oregon having a chance to speak with Frost if it so plays out that way.

I’d be surprised if Taggart isn’t at FSU by Tuesday
 
In case you haven't been paying attention for the past 15 years. Kirk Ferentz does NOT.... like change. The chance of him taking another job and moving is so minuscule... there aren't enough zeros following a decimal point to define it.

Not... happening. Ever. Probably not even in an alternate or multi-verse postulated by string theory scientists.

Run the stretch into the short sideline.

And your statement is inaccurate. Just because he likes it at Iowa and hasn't looked to leave doesn't mean he doesn't like change.

When your offense is run up the gut on 1st down, run to the short side on 2nd down, then pass on 3rd and long every series, I don't think having 4-5 star players would make a difference.

If only KF would put as much effort and emotion into his gameplan as you did in this post then maybe your offense would be ranked higher than 106th. There isn't anything I need to know about "Your" offense except that it is highly predictable and will always be that way under KF.

You are averaging 10 posts per day every day. I'd say you need to get a hobby (or job) , as you have gotten old very fast here.
Why do you feel compelled to defend Coach Ferentz who has been in his job nearly 20 years and has made 10's of millions of dollars. He doesn't need you or anyone to defend him, he's a big boy. Criticism comes with the job. He's not slinging burgers at Burger King.
