Box score doesn't tell the tale. Big 10 officials are so goddamn inconsistent and will just allow an absolute mug fest down in the paint, grabbing on screens, hand checking, but then if you breath on someone when they're isolated it's a whistle.

They suck, plain and simple... and it's been this way for awhile. Minny's post should have been fouled out 5 minutes ago.

This is true. But oddly, I think the officials often recognize how bad they are and make even more head-scratching calls against the other teams by the end and usually it just kind of evens out. Weird way of operating tho.
