Iowa vs Nova

Somebody on twitter put together an all-star team for each school over the last ten years and put them in a bracket. Winners are picked by a twitter poll. Iowa is a 10 seed and beat WV in the first round, and getting hammered in the second round vs Nova. Voting is open till tomorrow.
Edit to add: I think they had J-bo as Iowa's pg before but changed it to Dev Marble. I think I'd swap out White for either Murray or Uthoff, but whatever. It's completely meaningless.

We did get blasted. Uthoff, Hart, Brunson, and Bridges were there for the beat down in '16.
This poll isn't going much better.
The one name that you listed from Iowa that played in that game is our worst NBA player from the bunch at only 16 games played. And the three Nova names are the best NBA players from their team. So you can't really use that as an example of how this fictional game would go.
Our team has a 2xNPOY(depending on which service you go off of), a 1st team All-American, and a 2nd team All-American on it. Plus two All-Conference caliber players. For a college team, that is pretty stacked.
They have a NPOY, a 1st team All-American, and three 3rd team All-American, so they are more stacked than us. Which makes sense since they won multiple national titles. But if these two teams played 10 games, they aren't sweeping us. I'd expect a 7-3 or 8-2 result. But that is exactly why they're dominating us in the poll 81%-19%.
Hey, at least we won our first-round Twitter game.
