I wonder if Sullivan felt he couldn't throw the ball away on that first TFL, lest it be some sort of penalty. Otherwise, he had plenty of time to chuck it out of bounds.

9 times out of 10, I agree with you but we have to get points after getting a gift like that second interception.
I would rather have the FG and get the 2 score lead there than risk getting stuffed. I’m good with the call.
