Iowa women vs Drake tonight

Misspellings happen, although usually not with someone as well known as her. But how the hell do you misspell into THAT?
Iowa women's games will mostly be shown on BTN+. Can't think of another game that will be on ESPN+. Hopefully BTN+ will have the replay of this game some time later.
Clark is as good as advertised. She is hitting everything including when creating her own shot, and making a number of good passes. Her only misses have been unassisted 3 attempts. Iowa's defense is sluggish and Drake is driving easily and hitting what seems like every open 3.
Clark is the only reason Iowa is in the game. I think the team will be more focused in the 2nd half. Drake is a really quality team though. Definitely a good team to play before jumping straight into Big Ten play this weekend.
Poor rebounding? Poor defense is the main factor, then turnovers and offensive fouls. Clark is way better than everyone else.
Iowa needs to improve it's screens especially in the paint. Every time Monica catches the ball she is swarmed by three players. Offensive screens and spacing has been very poor. Clark has been forced to create her own shot.
Caitlin is in a class of her own out there. Just no energy on defense from Monika or McKenna, although McKenna picked it up the last couple of minutes. Tomi gave some good minutes, was aggressive at least. Iowa out rebounding Drake so far, 18/13 at half.

Defense is poor too. But Drake is controlling the boards. Watching this defense makes me really miss Doyle

Better than average. Not the lockdown defender Doyle was but not a liability. I think she can still become a lockdown defender with experience. She has the length and athleticism
I know many posters are not high on Cook but she is excellent in the post and is an excellent passer and she is playing great post D tonight

Iowa really got Czinano involved in the 4th with some creative finds and Monika establishing good positioning. When that is working and isn't forced, then Iowa's offense thrives. The defense, particularly Marshall forced some key turnovers down the stretch. Gritty win but a lot to work on defensively.
Iowa's spacing was much better in the 4th quarter and screening on offense was better as they were able to get Monica isolated in the post for open looks. Marshall's steals were huge and changed the momentum in the game. Better spacing also let to more offensive rebounds in the 4th and Warnock was able to get some easy looks as well.
Was this game on tv? Looking at that stat sheet I missed a good one. Looks like the 3 ball killed us but Iowa got to the line more.
Iowa has a chance to be VERY good this year if they play with the same intensity they played with in the 4th quarter. Marshall can be the defensive stopper Iowa needs. She needs to play like she did in the 4th quarter all game long. Logan Cook needs more minutes. Her stats don't pop but she is very improved in her post defense which led to some stops.
ESPN+ which is $5.99 month. But this game was worth it, especially the 4th quarter.
When your primary ball handler is your primary scorer the assists will be down compared to prior years especially those when the ball was going to MG inside. Although Clark had 13 assists as well.
And I think the ESPN+ package with Disney+ and Hulu (standard package) is still $13 for all three per month.
