I said wall furnace meaning the same as you are speaking off.I highly doubt places have furnaces in Central Florida. He might have a wall unit A/C - heater.
Glad to see Trad's scientific declarations about snow not being to accumulate in Florida held true.
See rare snow at the beach in Pensacola, North Florida
The "historic snowstorm" is expected to "spread dangerous snow and ice along I-10 from central Texas to northern Florida," according to AccuWeather.www.palmbeachpost.com

Don't worry. @The Tradition will be here soon to admit he was wrong. He's a big man that way.Really unusual for Trad to be wrong about something.
Put them on YouTube or ImgurIt's snowing good here now. I wish I knew how to post videos from my phone.

Love it.
We're getting ice at our house.snow in Freeport but not sticking on the roads. It’ll be a sheet of ice late tonight 😩
What is nuts is that you now have more snow than I’ve gotten in DSM, for the entire winter. We have about 4" in the yard right now.
I don't have any ditches to get a Trad measurement.
The wind has been whipping l, so I'm sure there are some drifts.

honestly, that could be in any city or town in Iowa.
The dogs are having the times of their lives!
Stay warm and safe my Floridian friends!Rain got to us just before the ice, so the ground was wet. Ice is building up on the deck, but the sidewalk and driveway out front its melting.
My brother off of Bull Headly is getting flakes now. We're getting ice at our house.
Sounds weird coming down on the leaves.
Have a friend in Escambia County with 7 inches on the ground and still snowing.
We did this in high school, but with an old tractor tube behind my buddy's truck on a level B road. The road was torn up frozen mud, so it was extremely not smooth, and getting up over 45-50 mph. No broken bones but I saw the nastiest bloody nose I've ever seen. One of those things that makes you cringe to think back on now, someone easily could have died, but damn it was fun at the time.
If that stays ice and accumulates, you're going to be wishing it had been snow instead. Godspeed, that shit sucks.Rain got to us just before the ice, so the ground was wet. Ice is building up on the deck, but the sidewalk and driveway out front its melting.

You always claim to have 7". 🤣I have at least that at Reed manor
I have a vivid childhood memory of my uncle welding two car seats to an upside down 60's truck hood and pulling us around a field on my grandpa's property on the snow with his Jeep. The big one is 12 and the little retriever mix 15. They were puppies today. The dogs are having the times of their lives!
Next two days will get into the 40s, so it should go away. But I'm really hoping we get some actual snow tonight so they kids can play in it. My daughter made a little 'iceman' out of the stuff on the deck. If there are a few inches as forecast tonight we'll be able to make a proper snowman in the (dry) retention pond a few doors down.If that stays ice and accumulates, you're going to be wishing it had been snow instead. Godspeed, that shit sucks.
Often wrong, never in doubt.Really unusual for Trad to be wrong about something.

It's not going to stick to the ground. Might be enough snow sticking to cars to make a hood snowman.
West FL? That is a decent snowfall for anywhere and the most I can remember in the state.A lot of folks have heat pumps which aren't effective below 40 degrees. I have a heat pump system but supplement it with modern space heaters.
6" of accumulation so far and still coming down. Forecast was 1 - 3 inches yesterday.
People like to scare you with the power pull of the heat strips. I've found that, because they actually put out well heated air, the system runs less so it balances out.West FL? That is a decent snowfall for anywhere and the most I can remember in the state.
We put in a new Bosch heat pump this year and it is doing the trick in the low teens, but it does have a supplemental heat strip. This month will tell us what the power bill can get up to.
The odds of @The Tradition coming back to this thread and admitting he was wrong at about 1,000,000,000,000/1.
