Kamala’s lead keeps dwindling. JFC this is pitiful.

Trump has outperformed the polls the past two elections.

Trump leads and will probably win AZ, NC and GA, 43 EV

PA and WI look to be a toss up, based on polls, and Trump over performed the polls by a lot in the 2 elections in those states

The media is currently running a +100 spin for Kamala while running a -100 spin foe Trump and people are still seeing through how shitty of a puppet candidate she actually is. The moment they actually acknowledge any of her short comings she is going to hemorrhage even more votes.

The Dem party installed an easily manipulated actor with zero votes. That has consequences. Normal people, especially those that still believe in democracy, don't jive with that.

Right. Because the people who "still believe in democracy" are going to vote for Trump. LOL.

So be it, IDGAF anymore trying to reason to the unreasonable. It’s like talking to a lamp that’s always switched off. They’re immovable objects that are immune to irresistible forces.

I feel somewhat confident that Harris will prevail but if she doesn’t then I and mine will survive and be fine. But I’ll freely admit that I will enjoy the copious amounts of schadenfreude that will rain down as Trump grafts and grifts for the richest while he pinches the poorest among us. He’s a disaster and his lower middle class MAGA lovers will suffer because of it. And I’ll be handing out buckets of I told you so and that’s a shame. They’re going to reap what they sow and they’ll deserve every bit of the misery that’s coming.
Gosh if only we had 4 years of reality to go off of instead of all your sheepish projections.

While Trump and Vance continue to prove themselves to be complete jokes, somehow half of America - and the overwhelming majority of white, Christian America - continue to support the anger, bigotry, and lunacy that we can no longer view as the downside but is actually the appeal.

Lead is now just 2.4%

Let’s be honest, there is no great option.

No offense, but that is stupid as hell. If you stick to substance Trump loses by 90%. People aren’t going to vote for him because of anything substantive. They love the anger. They love the bigotry. They love the vile.
No they like borders, capitalism ,9 I law and order. They like a strong military. They don't like communism nor boys in the girls bathroom

Why wouldn't it dwindle? Every time she opens her mouth, she sounds dumber and dumber.

The pollsters have already stated that based on 2016 and 2020, they've adjusted their methodology to compensate for how they may have underestimated Trump's support.
So, if anything, they might be OVERSTATING his support in 2024.

Redwave of 2022 predicted by the polls turned in to a wet fart with the Dems gaining a senate seat and GOP barely getting control of house.

Why have they had to adjust? Is it because R voters emulate their leader and lie about their intentions?

I know we have a sick nation where half of us believe and regurgitate lies. But how many of us deliberately lie, ourselves, about things like this? And why? Is there some reason why Rs think it's a good idea to lie in polls?

Back in 2016 and maybe even 2020, I can see some Rs being embarrassed to admit they favored Trump. But that doesn't seem to be a problem these days.

I think it's because the numpties believe Trump's "fake news" claims.

Today, the Trumpsters are simply top deep into the cult and can't admit they've been duped.

Harris has wide lead over Trump among likely voters in Maryland

Q: If the 2024 presidential election were being held today, for whom would you vote? Who would you lean toward?

Kamala Harris - 63
Donald Trump - 31
Jill Stein - 1
Chase Oliver - 1
No opinion/Other - 5

This is probably the most unsurprising thing in history. What is more interesting is the senate race there.

In 2020 they said they adjusted for 2016, but they understated Trump’s votes even further. I think what is missing here is that it is one thing to “intend” to vote for a candidate. It is another to clear the hurdles that GOP-controlled states put in place to stop you from doing so. On balance, it is much easier for people who fit the GOP demographic to vote than for those who do not.

This makes it inevitable that the actual results will be better for the GOP than the polls indicate.

It's not about R's lying in polls,.. it's about R's refusing to participate in polls.
Exactly! Most people aren't going to tell an anonymous caller they are voting for Trump, because they fear having their housed burned, being placed on a watch list or receiving a visit from the FBI, DNC operatives, Dem Socialists, antifa or some other terrorist organization.........

Harris has had 4 years to fix the problems we face. Sher has done nothing but exacerbate them.
Really?

Manufacturing in the US has incurred a major uptick, due to the infrastructure bill and IRA.
Multiple CEOs are on the record stating this. Republicans are now consistently trying to take credit for the bills they universally voted against.

Trump was unable to get any of that passed during his 4 yrs.

Additionally, it's been pointed out that Harris' policies will incur around a $1T deficit over her term, while Trump's next round of tax cuts for the wealth, combined with tariffs will lead to a $12T deficit. This election is not remotely a "close call" if you value economic growth and are concerned about US debt levels. Unless you're a completely brainwashed moron.

Yup

Exactly how it works in CO.
Your envelope to submit the ballot has a unique barcode; if someone steals your ballot/envelope, they issue you a new one, and that old envelope barcode is invalid.

The ballots are all the same, anonymous. You either vote onsite and deposit it directly into the voting machine, or you vote by mail or drop-box, where you have to use that unique envelope your ballot is sealed in. Same w/ absentee ballots and how they track them

This is just more red-herring bullshit from MAGAs and the GOP, which has a responsibility to denounce this disinformation.

Tiffany is my rep. He is truly a moron. He took over for Sean Duffy(of The Real World fame). Before that the seat had been Dem since at least the 1980s. One of the first things Scott Walker did after getting elected was gerrymander the maps. It's a big problem when conspiracy theorists can get re-elected with no worries.

I think Joe actually believes this. An $11T deficit gap.

Maybe not - but one side likes America and one side wants to tear it down, so vote accordingly with your preference.
