Yep. And I've stated this in numerous threads on here already. And the administration would THEN need to 'splain why the June 30th deadline for printing the forms was "BS". Because if they try again, they're admitting that was a lie and/or they will unnecessarily delay the 2020 census in violation of the Constitution.
