Let's talk BBQ sauce...

I don’t care much for store bought sauce and don’t each much sauce period unless it’s on cold leftovers (mainly chicken fingers). Stubbs is ok but typically I take plain ol Kraft and add a bunch of stuff to doll it up.

As far as commercial sauces, usually famous Dave's devil's spit. May add some apple cider vinegar and brown mustard to it. Usually I'll just doctor up whatever boring sauce is in the fridge. Never a consistent recipe, but that's part of the fun.

I'll have to give this a try. I go with their sweet & zesty and add tabasco, maple syrup, and honey.
