The fact I've lived in both those cities come to mind. What's your station in life, deep thinker? lol
I don't get Fox and the dumbest of posters here spiking the football over this tragedy. Republicans are losing their houses just like LIBZ....Speaking of "lack of infrastructure investments"....(which are possible thru local property taxes)...
'Capitalist dystopia': L.A. investor who boasted about not paying taxes savaged over private firefighter plea

@BelemNole 's wife told everyone in 1997, so pay attention!Oh look! Youāre clairvoyant as well. You knew this fire was coming.
Why didnāt you advise everyone that a five fires would break out as a result of Santa Ana winds that would occur on Tuesday.?
Since you knew it was coming, why pray tell, did you not report it to the proper authorities?
We are only spiking the football because America is realizing that entire States run by democrats can have massive problems caused by said Democrats. It happens in cities a lot more often. Big cities tend to have Democrat run governments. We Republicans are definitely spiking the football after that big win with Trump but we certainly are not thrilled with all the loss of life and loss of property... And we think we know how to fix it but we are excited to try in the future to fix it but for now it's a bunch of grief and horrible death and loss of property... I don't think people are actually spiking the football like you think they are. Now, could they be saying see I told you so... Yeah I admit people are doing that.I don't get Fox and the dumbest of posters here spiking the football over this tragedy. Republicans are losing their houses just like LIBZ.
Trump owns property in LA. You'd think this might be one thing he cares about.
And nervously breathing a sigh of relief as this could be the entire country had 5 November broke bad!We are only spiking the football because America is realizing that entire States run by democrats can have massive problems caused by said Democrats. A real pro dishwasher, eh?!The fact I've lived in both those cities come to mind.
I think the vast majority of the previous type of poster has never traveled extensively, nor has a clue about other places and cultures. The fact I've lived in both those cities come to mind.
Katy Tur in tears as she reports on the scene from Pacific Palisades.
Itās just not fair when celebrities have to suffer! š¢š¢š¢
She had a long time to figure out what she was voting for then didn't she!She grew up there.
Trump was president from 2016-2020. California was spending many millions every year on trying to prevent large fires. Clearing brush, old growth. But California has 33million acres of forest. More of those than not being federally owned. We are only spiking the football because America is realizing that entire States run by democrats can have massive problems caused by said Democrats. you totally missed the point.
The point was they they do controlled burns in CA.
The point is that people go from all over the country to participate.
But your assumption that Iām from North Florida shows your ignorance.
Carry on though.

What did Trump and the republicans do to improve the already existing effort ongoing in California?
I haven't been this pissed off at Trump in quite a while. Fires are consuming entire neighborhoods. Cali looks like a hellscape. The videos are shocking in their magnitude.
And Trump spreads lies and plays politics in the most juvenile way possible. It's sickening what he's doing.
Of course it's not Trump's fault. My point is that if he wanted to have an impact on California's fire risk he had a great path to it via all the federal lands that make up the state. He could've made that a focus in his first stint as president. As we nudge ever closer to [this] officially being, "Trump's Fault!" š¤” š¤”š¤”š¤”š¤”š¤”š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£
So the infrastructure and threat has been there for many decades. (republican or democrat leadership in state) And this is the first time this happened.California and specifically Los Angeles County has been unprepared for this disaster. From fire hydrants with no water, to allowing construction to take place in areas that are basically inaccessible. Santa Ana winds have been around for centuries, don't let someone tell you that climate change is causing these winds.
California gets a grade of F- for mitigating forest control. The wokers have stopped most efforts to ensure the forested areas are cleared of dead trees and debris. The Governor of California has put environmental concerns ahead of people concerns.
Dems have been running that State for a hundred years, yet you question why Trump didn't fix it in 4 years of cleaning up after Obama.Trump was president from 2016-2020. Wokers not workersSo the infrastructure and threat has been there for many decades. (republican or democrat leadership in state) And this is the first time this happened.
What does that mean?
And what do you mean workers have stopped most efforts to clear forests of debris? Link?
How many acres of federal forest are located in LAC? How many acres have burned so far?Of course it's not Trump's fault. My point is that if he wanted to have an impact on California's fire risk he had a great path to it via all the federal lands that make up the state. He could've made that a focus in his first stint as president.
The question is whether he made it a priority at all, if he paid any attention.
Okay, weāll call it a misunderstanding. You missed my point by a mile. I got your point and supported it. I have no idea where you live and made no assumptions. I live in north Florida. I know they do controlled burns in CA.
lol. I guess you didnāt know Reagan nor Arnold.Dems have been running that State for a hundred years, yet you question why Trump didn't fix it in 4 years of cleaning up after Obama.
K. Or to mention that itās still messed up from Perry to Pensacola. Michael was six years ago. Driving from Tallahassee to Pensacola but having to go into the towns, you see the stuff that was never fixed.K. So, just like Florida being run by republicans and republicans failing to figure out how to stop hurricanes?
Republicans have done a tremendous job in Fla of how to mitigate hurricanes.K. So, just like Florida being run by republicans and republicans failing to figure out how to stop hurricanes?
Trump was complaining about forest mismanagement. Something he could affect. How many acres of federal forest are located in LAC? How many acres have burned so far?
So little or none?Trump was complaining about forest mismanagement. Something he could affect.
His complaining about this event was over the smelt thing, which made no sense.
Do you believe more could be done regarding forest management?Trump was complaining about forest mismanagement. Something he could affect.
His complaining about this event was over the smelt thing, which made no sense.
I guess we should give you a pass for being severely intellectually challenged.Republicans have done a tremendous job in Fla of how to mitigate hurricanes.
So why is she all over the news?
You are one dumb mother****er!Because the fires are adjacent to her city, and her city has resources to help those displaced.
