Did not watch him much except Gilman and Tomasello matches. Kid took 0 shots in Gilman match 8 minutes on feet. In the Tomasello match he took 0 shots for 7 minutes. In OT he took 1 and lost. How do they continue to let this stalling happen in match after match. Mega Staller is bad TV. Most PSU kids actually wrestle, not the Megastaller kid. Reminds me of the 125lber from Illinois a few years back.

Oh, you must have missed the shot he took that resulted in NaTo's winning counter. You only see what you want.

Go back to your own board Penn state dbag. Mega is a staller and wrestles a ridiculously boring style. Gee doesn't deserve to win ANY of these matches because he does nothing and gets away with it. Glad he lost.
Sorenson?

Imagine that, a PSU fanboy only seeing what they want to see. Even when it was right there all along. Didn't you guys just have a problem with not addressing issues within your own PSU community because you failed to see the obvious problem.
In the first post, if you can read, you can see more obvious stuff. When Megastaller finally took his 1st shot he lost. He is pathetic to watch. Just like that Delgado Illinois kid. Bad for the sport. Megastalller could be the new poster boy for stalling issues. Call stalling and Megastaller doesn't make the finals here or in New York.

Call stalling and Sorenson gets DQ'ed against Zain...so I guess we both have guys with unpleasing styles. How about not throwing stones from a glass house?

Nice work from you, somebody else stalls so it's okay for Mega. Last time I checked the thread was about Mega. Anything else you want to throw in that doesn't apply to the thread?

So pointing out that your criticisms of our guy apply equally to your guy aren't valid? Take off your goggles man.

Start your own thread then. Call it the McInto..... Oops my bad Sorenson thread. Sorry I got distracted watching another stall job. Odd the fans in JJ weren't so loud calling for the stall that match. Glad I could share the goggles with them.

I was looking at semi-finals and finals combined. (Is it a reading comprehension thing with PSU kids). Regarding Sorensin, all guys get tough match-ups, where they can not get their offense going. Easy to see with Megastaller it's his only hope against the top. I guess he counting on the refs shallowing the whistle. In his last two matches took 0 zero no nado, except the one time he did where he lost the match. Brandon was offensive and scored multiple take-downs in his semi-final. If Megastaller were forced to wrestle the top guys, instead of hiding in a defensive shell, I do not think he would be close to the top guys. Am I right. Damn right I am.

Ok so when Sorenson wrestled a top guy (Zain) how many shots did he take? Gilman, NATO, dance are all top guys at 125. Nico took down Dance, couldn't get one on NATO, and scored off Gilmans suicide. What did Gilman take? Like 1 committed shot against Nico...soooo much more aggressive. But your right man, the refs must love Nico. That's tge only reason he's a 3x All-American and 2x finalist. And Iowa has been so infamous for their constantly attacking style the last few years right? The kool aid in Carver must be strong.

You guys must have loved all the attacking Burak just did. And Sorenson. He was just so aggressive laying there on his stomach in the third period. Probably tired from the dozens of shots he took in the first two periods.

More PSU whining. I said in post #1 Megastaller is different from most PSU kids. Your boy Megastaller has no chance in a match against the top guys if he's forced to take even 1 shot. We saw what ole Megastaller has in his arsenal. Answer, not much.

Burak took about 15 shots. McIntosh did get dinged for stalling, in case you were in the John at the time.

Sorensen was coming forward the whole match and trying to get Retherford's hands out is his face and into his ties to set up shots. To Zain's credit, he neutralized Brandon's offense.

Burak and Sorensen are very poor examples. This would be clear to anyone following wresting for more than 5 years. I understand that there aren't a lot of those rooting for PSU, however.

I always wondered why remedial reading classes would need to be offered to college students. Now we have clear examples why such classes exist. Bravo PSU fans, you've proved their is indeed a need.

We saw what Sorenson has in his arsenal too. NOTHING!!

That's why he's called Snorenson. Boring.

You're right... Iowa's guys are sooo much more aggressive the PSU's:rolleyes: sorry Mega's style offends you do much.

Strawman much? How dare someone point out something so obvious. You are correct Mega was an offensive Dynamo, constantly attacking, piling up the points. Heard there was a crew here filming his matches for a documentary about offensive wrestling. Glad you you explained it for us. I did miss where Iowa fans defended or praised the offensive output or did the grade school deflection of talking about others. Own it for a change.

Actually, out of all our wrestlers, Nico is closest in style to the Iowa philosophy, more than anyone...all of my friends who are Hawk fans(of course I am a PSU man), pretty much agree, that Nico is similar to the Hawkeye style out of all our guys. I don't see where you get the stalling argument, he is very aggressive....

Now, IF you are talking about stalling, I think the first and last guy is that former 125 pounder for Illinois, THAT kid gave stalling a whole new meaning, haha.

I see where you conveniently left out the third period from your argument lol.

I realize you are angry but try to step back from the anger and think about what you are saying...NOBODY, I MEAN NOBODY, is in Delgado's league when it comes to stalling...He gave stalling it's own art form hahahaha.

I think Nato is almost impossible to get in on.

Moisey did it last year, albeit in a losing effort....you need to get him into a scramble and off his strength, which is very hard to do, but it CAN be done....the problem with Tomasello is his super human strength, he's like a giant ant: He has the strength of about 100 times his body size haha..basically he's the one legged kid from Arizona state, except with two legs....

At least Delgado took a few shots from time to time and then hung on. With Megastaller we are looking at 0000000000000000 shots in 15 plus minutes on his feet in the semis and finals. Not one or two, but 0 0 00 000000 000 0000000. And this is his pattern against the top tier guys he faces. Hey we saw how it ended when he took a shot, so it's hard to fault him. I fault the refs.

The problems I had with officiating this week were that it seemed like this crew wasn't able to control the pacing of these matches...Perry was running around calling timeouts today for obvious reasons and there should have been a team point deducted from Illinois for it.

WE ARE.....Big Ten Champs.

And it's eating you all up inside.
not eating me up at all
I liked the way the Hawks wrestled this tourney. Some real good stuff I saw out of them. For example, Rhoades beating Morelli with an ankle pick and Brooks shutting down McCutcheon.
Difference is, my first reaction isn't to go onto a rivals board to post about it.
WE ARE....Huge D-Bags

Re-read his post.
He edited it from reading 8 minutes to 7 minutes as I was typing. Check the timestamps.

I will be glad when he is gone from wrestling - just as i was when jessy delstallo aged out. Most NCAA kids actually wrestle. Good post Anyone But Clinton!
