In just 17 minutes. Good job!

He’s been damn near a point per minute player on offense when he’s gotten in. Would be interesting to see his points given up per minute in defense though. Not team scoring but rather points by the player he’s guarding.

Its impressive to go from an average 3pt shooter 5 years ago, to good, to a knock down shooter in the nba.

Its something most bigs could never do but with Garza its not even surprising anymore. Whatever he needs to get better at he just does it.

Minny, put in Garza!!! Rudy is out kat is out and naz has played 4 minutes so I’m wondering if he got hurt. Yet Garza has only played 9 minutes but has the best +/- on the team at half.
Im a wolves fan but at this point I wish they would let him go so he could actually get the minutes he deserves. The wolves don’t deserve him.

Luka did not play in the 2nd half of Saturday night's 117-110 win over the Kings.

He played 4 minutes in the 1st half.

Here was the Keegan vs Luka first half comparison, when the the Kings led the Wolves at halftime, 59-57.

from 2 pt range...................1-2...................0-1

from 3...................................1-4...................0-2

Overall shooting...............2-6..................0-3

Dumb question, but is Luka basically on the active T wolves roster but plays in as many Iowa Wolves games as he can? Or is it one of the other?

Here's a link that discusses the two way contract in the NBA ...

What is a two-way contract in the NBA?

A two-way contract is a contract where a player is primarily a member of the G-League affiliate for the pro-level team, with the option to “call up” the player to the NBA team for up to a certain number of games each year. Previously, the limit was 45 pro-level games per season, but in recent seasons the limit has been increased to 50.

The two-way contract was created ahead of the 2017-18 season.

Luka (and Frank) was back in Minneapolis tonight.

He did not see any action.

This was postgame

Tonight the Wolves were without Rudy Gobert and Karl Anthony Towns, still. They were trailing at home to Golden State 93-82 entering the 4th quarter. The Wolves end up winning in OT, 119-114. Luka played 13 minutes, was 0-3 from the field, 0-2 from the FT line, 3 rebounds, 2 assists

Garza didn’t look that great to me but net net made a positive difference in the game.

Well, Garza single handedly brought Minnesota back in garbage time. I don't get how he doesn't play more. Had to foul at the end and they lost by 7 after being down 15 or so when he entered.

10 minutes
17 points (7-9, 2-3 three, ft)
6 rebounds
1 assist

Gobert played something like 24 and had 15 points, 7 rebounds.
