Wish someone would give brands that hard question in an interview. Why you put Spencer down when he clearly wanted to go too or neutral. Follow up. Do you think that choice was the difference of the Major over at min a tech fall? Someone do this!!
Glory has turned him. It has happened before. I understand that Lee is good on bottom, but Lh 125’s best position is top, and it’s not closed Spencer knew, our coaches defaulted to their normal no thought thinking. If I’m Spencer I’m making my own choice against Glory, as I would have against Mueller his sophomore year.
If Max gets enough escapes, he can win this.

Scapula need to be within 4 inches of the mat. Definitely a judgement call, but it looked to be outside of that range, very close though....
Said this last year at this tournament. Brands is out here playing checkers. Such an embarrassing morning for the coaching staff.
