What's kinda funny with C² sitting on 13 assists for, what, 3 games is we all knew once her teammates stopped missing a ton of bunnies she'd easily break the franchise record.

After every game, just add four assists to her total. That the true measue of her game. [I watched Hull's missed layup again. In fairness, she did hit catch the ball bounce it off the rim. Smith's fumbles, on the other hand, rarely progress to an actual shot attempt.]

Just a reminder—KLS was the 4th overall pick in the 2019 WNBA draft. That’s unbelievable. What an indictment of a trash league.

Barring disaster, she’s going to blow past this record. By like 30-40+ I predict. In her rookie season.
I also predict the usual suspects will do everything they can to minimize. “She plays so many minutes.” “Nobody else on her team really gets any assists.” “All those turnovers.” Etc.
Next year, 400+ should be in play.
If the Fever don't can Sides and do everything they can to upgrade the roster around her, they might be the single dumbest organization in the history of sports.

I guarantee that both of them just turned it down. They’re much more concerned with the actual game. I think it’ll be really interesting.
I’ve been wondering about this.
We rarely see these shots missed by men because normally they just dunk it.
But even if they don’t throw it down, they don’t miss many.
For some reason men just shoot better. Air balls galore in the WNBA.
The league needs to bow down to CC otherwise it is UNWATCHABLE.
Sides getting so much hate every time they lose a game. Cmon boys. She’s actually done almost everything we’ve asked for. On offense she’s pretty much 100% handed the reigns to CC and said have at it. And it’s working beautifully. 24-19. The roster is not Sides fault. Again, the Fever have the worst Forward court in the league. Samuelson has no value or position. Smith as an overall 2 pick adds nothing either. She’s playing Samuelson to spread the floor for CC, Mitchell and Boston to operate. That is working. Players have to make open shots. Hull plays her ass off and hits a few shots. But she also seems to miss key wide open ones late. They have nobody on the bench that can play. They need better players. Plain and simple.
Scoring isn’t a problem…but the defense! 100+ points to the worst team in the league!?
There isn’t much (or any) talent difference between these 2 teams.
