Yeah, I didn't factor in the size of the field. Maybe that does leave Schwarber on the bench. LF is already a stretch for him and unless he's been practicing some in RF, it's not completely trivial to switch sides. The ball comes off the bat differently in RF and the throws are much different. If LaStella is starting, then I think pocha pretty much has it right. I like Jackson in the lineup and if LaStella is at 3rd, Bryant probably does go to RF. I think Castro is a given because of the way he's hit this last month and the fact that he's had some success off Cole.
As for the rest, I don't care about the talk and excitement. It's a lot of fun to have some reason to be excited in October.....and, really, this one-game WC model really sets this up as a de facto Game 7, and those are always fun. I'll be grumpy tomorrow if the Cubs lose, but I don't think it'll take me long to get past it. They're here a year early and the Cubs are a team built for the long haul and run by people with a plan. I can say both of those things, I think, for the first time in my lifetime.
And no....this is not my most productive day at work, either. At least I got to the gym this morning, so I accomplished something.
