Unfortunately even a full strength FSU wouldn’t have a shot in this one….UGA and Bama are so far ahead of the rest of college football it’s not even funny.

Oh FSU got a bad deal. But Bama and UGA are 1-2 in the nation and it’s not very close.
Alabama should have lost to Auburn, who just got waxed by Maryland. They also squeaked by South Alabama.

Not at this point in the season. You replay that game 10 times Bama wins 8-9.
Keep in mind we have Brock, one signee, and two walkons. Even more recruits would leave us veeery young.

I think they need to expand the playoffs even more than they are planning to incentivize sticking around even more and then have an nit like tournament beyond that and get rid of these bowls. Sure back in the day this may have been a fun match-up at full strength but those days are gone and the setup needs to change with it.

Yes, because this game does not factor into the decision made that evening. If the criteria are the best four teams, numerous examples of teams that got in were not part of the best 4 teams. There had been a criteria set, t was changed this year, based on that the decision was wrong.
