“We are going to build a juggernaut:” FSU NIL collective The Battle’s End adds over 900 members in wake of playoff decision

“We are fully committed in continuing to support Coach Norvell and his staff to build a program that can never again be cheated by outside forces.”

“Put your money where your mouth is” personified.

In the wake of Florida State’s unprecedented exclusion from the 2023 College Football Playoff, NIL collective The Battle’s End has reported a massive upswing in contributions with over 900 members signing up to support the Seminoles.

“What happened this weekend was jarring, cowardly, and wrong,” the organization said in a statement. “Wrong to a degree that is difficult to adequately articulate. A group of adults could not make the tough decision with which they were willingly tasked. They decided to use injury as a scapegoat and, in the process, taught a nation of athletes and fans that perfection means nothing. These young men, this perfect team, were robbed of opportunities they earned through countless hours of work on and off the field. They deserved a chance to compete for a National Championship.

“With your support we are going to build a juggernaut. We are fully committed in continuing to support Coach Norvell and his staff to build a program that can never again be cheated by outside forces.”

The Battle’s End was established in December 2022 and officially opened donations to the public in late February.

It's hard trying to decide, FSU Booster or TBE. Right now I'm just a booster.

Anything seem interesting, and so perfectly fitting, with this picture celebrating 30 years of college gameday?

Brendan S said that this will be rescheduled with other representatives from both schools. The coaches are busy this week with recruiting visits.
This kinda shows you where the early signing, portal and the playoff is prioritized by the coaches. Even they aren’t going to put 100% into this right now because the sport is now 24/7 for these coaches and they’ve got to retain and bring in new guys for the spring.

Recruiting - both HS and portal - sure as hell is more important than a presser for a game that nobody anywhere cares about.

Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody Announces Investigation of CFP Committee - Miserychant TV

He's completely accurate regarding the 'harm' suffered by the decision, but FSU has no right or entitlement to be on ESPN's TV show.
I've seen the harms repeated, but what standing does any politician or court have to tell ESPN, or the committee, who to cast?

I'm sure there are many "act in good faith" clauses and crap like that in the contract.

If they can prove ESPN and The Committee failed to act in good faith toward Florida State in pursuit of mo' money?

Now there's something that a lawyer can get his arms around....
