We took the crowd out of the game, and gave all the momentum back to VT, which gets the ball to start the second half. This team is truly a Jekyll/Hyde type of team.

I think we’ll have a loss maybe two. Play like this against Miami and they are toast.

Gotta grab every opportunity to dominate and show up big. We started out that way today, but drifted into tit for tat. That is not how you get into and then win the big ones at the end.

I guess. Doesn’t matter to me. If a defender goes low how can the carrier slide down into the hit. It’s BS, IMO.

Can't hit the head with the helmet, but hitting with the facemask is okay. The defender avoids that flag by keeping his head up. Theoretically...

I guess, but how do you keep your face mask up when going low? You’ve committed to the tackle and then the ball carrier slides. Basically drawing the targeting call.

I would be livid if that call went against one of our guys, just being consistent.
