You should thank the zebras you are in the game right now. And I've never seen a bigger case of "that player knicked me (spoken with a lisp, obviously) and hurt my feelings!" than I've ever seen the personal fouls called in favor of Iowa.

Yeah looks like we are playing to NOT lose the game. We need to play to win in 2nd half. Defense has been solid all day thus far but for how long? We need more TOs and need Beathard to get his head out of his ass. Where is Wadley? We need speed.....

It's 20 degrees with a 25 mile an hour wind blowing at one endzone. There aren't very many teams in the country that would look good in these conditions.
Our offense always goes away from what works, it's mind boggling. We can run on them but it needs to be counters or edge plays. We went away from quick passes on the edge. Let's take the short gains all the way down the field. If we don't score on some drives here were gonna get worn down on D

Does Kirk evaluate Wadley the same way he did Banks/McCann and Stanzi/Christensen?
We aren't in practice but everything I've seen on the field dictates that Wadley deserves some carries. He's the one back we have that can break an 80 yard run and it's not like Daniels is running for positive yards every carry like you would want from a power back.

Iowa has been pretty good at halftime adjustments. If we can just stop making mental mistakes we should be ok.
I think the short week showed itself that half. Lots of Nebraska energy, Iowa a half step slow and not mentally sharp.
