***Official Iowa vs North Texas Game Thread ***

Big difference between jolting up the crowd with a couple high steps and taunting the other team imo. This is his calling card. Ok the zebras are out for hawk blood today. Got it.

Brian told Wadley two years ago "don't do that again" the very first time he did that. He has continued to do it. This time it cost him and cost Iowa.
Like I said, kid needs to grow up. Hate the rule if you want but it exists. Now it cost a TD and we'll probably find a way to screw up the FG attempt.

These refs f*cking blow. GTFO with that pansy ass crap. I'd give you $5k if that gets called on the Michigan's, Bamas, etc if the world

I've seen way more excessive celebrations than that not get called. MSU against Mich a few years ago comes to mind.

You get athletes, they are going to want to show boat and in imho let them. You take away too much expression and you won't have any athletes. Good lesson for Wadley, but I call it a BS rule.

In the future, I propose all touchdown runs be video reviewed to make sure the player's gait doesn't change in any perceptible way as he approaches the end zone. Gawd forbid there might be some emotion injected into the game...

I'll take a break after Refs jacked us twice.

Defense needs to show up. That 1st series was a joke

How is our little celebration after we just scored any better than 1 high step before scoring? That is a terrible rule and the official abused it.
