for the Iowa additions, it depends when they were accepted/enrolled.
Parco should be in the clear as he made his decision long ago (and likely applied and was accepted this semester)
it's possible that Teemer and Buchanan were admitted this semester but i truly don't know.
The over/under was set at 3 months 12 days but that line may move because all the action is on the under.

We lost guys who we probably should lose. They're good enough to start for other programs, so they should do that. The perception outside of Iowa - that this was shady - well, it was. These guys weren't in the portal and we got them anyway. Personally, I don't like it, and not sure I ever will. But no one can say Tom ain't trying to win. Iowa State dual is going to be ugly if we don't get Teemer and Buchanan first semester.

They graduated, right? Don't they have the right to pick the graduate school of their choice? What's not to like?
Well... i THOUGHT the transfer portal meant something. But I guess not. I'll never be ok with guys just getting poached from other teams. No matter the team. Iowa, PSU, Edinboro. Just don't like it at all.

I doubt anyone on staff did . Teams usually use 3rd parties which is legal . Most likely myself don't like the rules but everyone can operate within them
Riggins should be able to contest for the starting spot at a more natural weight at ISU. Starting spot at 65 and 74 are much more attainable there then at Iowa.
Transfer portal doesn't apply to grads. They fulfilled their academic requirements and are free to further their education elsewhere. I guess one could call it poaching, but if they are truly happy where they are, they wouldn't entertain leaving. It's a two way street. Guys hanging on for 6 years is also a strain on the scholly allocation and NIL funding. Maybe some of these high caliber graduates just aren't getting what they deserve and they are now open to greener pastures.

I still fully expect the transfer portal chaos to start correcting itself a bit next year when the Covid 6th years are finally done. You'd think it'd drop by 16 percent just by having a sixth less people eligible to still compete, let alone keep other guys that look to transfer because of being blocked.
Agree. ISU has nothing at 165 and wrestling at his ideal weight can change things. Clone fans thought he was a lock back when he committed to Iowa.

If they let Chittum redshirt he might be gone by next year.
Is that what your old teammates told you 😂 😂. I have heard from good sources the plan is to RS them obviously injuries could change that
Isn’t it really up to him? They tell him no he redshirts and leave. They tell him yes he redshirts and maybe stays. Either way I’d think it’s on his shoulders
