Man, its been awhile since I got so pissed in a game. Fran got a tech because right in front of him Fredrick picks up Harrar at the free throw line, Harrar two hands shoves Fredrick in the center of the back all the way up under the basket and they call a holding foul on Fredrick? How? Then that stupid, stupid goal tend that wasn't a goal tend.
It was actually rim and then backboard, but your point still stands.

I see people are still clamoring for Joe T. Based on his shitty shooting? Poor closeouts on 3 point shooters? Picking up his dribble early at the 3 point line? Kudos on the two rebounds, tho. Joe W is the reason Iowa is trailing. 4 turnovers, terrible D, and playing like a gaping vag.
It was actually on its way down after it had bounced off the rim and hit the backboard.

Settle down all. Clean a few things up that’s basketball
Cmac made his shot...he had several of his entry passes swatted away, which would be an automatic benching for JoeT. I don't think CMAC or PMAC played poorly, but they don't bring a lot of quickness to the defense that can't seem to stick with PSU players. JoeT deserved more minutes, JBO and CMac less.
All of Iowa’s guards pick up the ball at the three point line. It’s maddening
Fran deserves to be bitch slapped for a red faced tirade after a defensive lapse when he plays who he plays and coaches how he coaches. Dude is embarrassing sometimes
This is waaaay more about Iowa than SPU. There's a reason they are where they are.

It's both. There are bad matchups all over the floor. I just don't think we match up with them with our starting 5 on the defensive side.
I am just happy there are 2 halves. Iowa will settle down and win this game. Fredrick had a GREAT 1st half or we'd be in big trouble.
This is true. It’s not a matter of playing Joe T or Jordan or Connor for that matter. PG is this team’s weakness and has been during Fran’s tenure. Maybe Ulis is the answer? We don’t have a complete PG who can do everything well. Instead we have a few incomplete players that do a few things well. Joe Bohannon would be an exceptional player.
Why is it that no matter who the 3 officials are, there's always one that just seems to have it out for Fran & Iowa?? See Eppley tonight, and his over-excited goaltend call to end the half, for example.
Neither produced anything in the first half. Joe T is the shiny backup QB that the fans have put on a pedestal.
I literally do not care about Garza's record at the moment and he doesn't either. He was going to get it today either way. We have to take care of business and get the lead before the first tv timeout.
