I would have rather seen DBU (Heller hates how they manipulate the RPI) lose but no tears being shed for a Big 12 Regional host going 0-2.
Same thing for SEC Auburn. Who would’ve thought that a team that closed the season 4-11 would go 0-2 as a Regional host? Suck it SEC.
Radio guy just said Indiana State hasn't seen a pitcher anything like Brody Brecht.

Rick Heller mentioned Ty started the game vs Indiana State in Feb. He said if Brody can get the win tonight, we're sitting there w/ Ty to advance to the Supers. He thinks pitching Brody tonight is the right plan.
Rick on Indiana State: solid, well coached, play well defensively, their pitchers throw strikes. They make you earn everything.
Rick said we saw Fenlong over 5 innings in Feb. Rick said Fenlong gets a lot of weak contact & doesn't strike out many. Iowa saw a lot of cutters last night; Rick said this should help us tonight. Facing Fenlong in Feb should help Iowa, too. Fenlong was the Missouri Valley Pitcher of the year

* Being relentless in our at bats.
